Sometimes peeling black garlic is slow work though there is always great chat in the garlic shed. Last week we were treated to home made pizza for our lunch break. Thought you would be interested to see the black garlic dotted across the topping with cheese tomato and basil. The black garlic lifted a nice lunch to a great lunch, and the glass of wine didn't hurt either! Add the black garlic late - treat it gently don't frazzle the living daylights out of it. The black garlic is already "cooked". It is a flavour addition so respect the value of it and it will respond in turn. Happy cooking!
