It has been fabulous to be part of the inaugural Farmers2Founders business bootcamp for the last 3 months. This initiative, funded by several Research Development Corporations, aims to focus on producer-led solutions in food and agtech. Eight businesses from across the country were involved - not only have we had industry expert leadership but also developed great supportive relationships with other farmers looking to value-add. Our Black Garlic Paste scored a stunning result in the French judged World Taste Awards 2024. Judges gave glowing praise describing the product "as perfect....The texture is impeccable—creamy, velvety, and moist. The paste has the ideal consistency, maintaining an artisanal quality that is evident in its appearance." Thanks so much.
Delighted that we have been selected to participate in the Flavours Of NSW Stand at Fine Food Australia 2019. This is Australia's premier food trade show and we successfully competed to be one of 12 NSW businesses on the stand. Fine Food Australia will be at the International Convention Centre 9 to 12 September. We enjoyed a workshop at NSW parliament to help us get the best out of this opportunity.
