As part of our involvement with the ACT Export awards we have been fortunate to have access to Cinefly, a promotional video production app - see more here. This has been courtesy of the Canberra Business Chamber with our thanks. Although not expert videographers(!), we think our video is a neat look at business in Garlicious Grown - let us know what you think!

Then check out Harvest Deli at Newrybar (near Byron Bay). Owned by Brooke Kassia and Tristan, Harvest is an innovative sustainable restaurant and bakery. Lisa manages an artisan deli within Harvest. The menu looks fantastic and we are sure your trip wont be wasted (not the least because Harvest is now stocking our Garlicious Grown black garlic with our thanks!)
We have sourced some fabulous black garlic recipes working with a fantastic team: Jamie Durrant (food photography and co-ordination), Megan Chalmers (chef recipe development and execution) and Richard Cornish (food editorial) - thanks to all. These will feature in the summer edition of Essentials Magazine available in all good retailers next week.
Here is a sneak peak at one terrific example: Warmed Black Garlic Bulb with goats labneh spiced saffron oil and black garlic salted flat bread. Features our luscious black garlic powder! Great to have Garlicious Grown black garlic stocked at such a lovely store. Adelaide Fresh Fruiterers at Morphett Vale produce marvelous antipasto platters just ready for some black garlic. Get down and have a look at their wonderful store
Foodland Brighton are now stocking Garlicious Grown black garlic - was lovely that their customer approached Foodland Brighton pitching our products! Can't do better than that other than to have a keen customer encourage their local store to get on the black garlic wave! With such a great cheese counter should go well. Thanks to all
