The Healthy Eating Pyramid (by Nutrition Australia) has been revised emphasising the vale of adding spice to flavour your food rather than salt. Overall there is more focus on fruit and veg and less on carbohydrates. Healthy fats include olive oil and small amounts of butter (the "Mediterranean diet") and margarine is out. We are working on black garlic grind, crystals of black garlic to grind fresh at table, perhaps in place of salt. Watch this space - we hope to launch in the new year. In the meantime the flavoured black garlic powders do the job well - happy healthy eating.
